The Gourmet Hog Roast West Midlands team is run by Graham who was keen to follow his passion for catering – a return to his roots as he had spent most of his 20s working in hospitality.

We look forward to bringing our gourmet hog roast experience to the West Midlands with a flavour-packed menu perfect for small gatherings, large parties and even corporate events.

Quality produce carefully selected

Our meat is carefully selected to ensure the highest standards from farm to plate. We use only the finest orchard-reared pork for our hog roasts. The pigs naturally forage the fallen apples, giving the meat a distinct and succulent flavour.

This mission for quality extends to the rest of our fare and wherever possible we will always look to local suppliers to help bring the best produce to our menus. From the salads to the meat rubs, all of the ingredients are carefully picked to meet our high standards.

Flavour and presentation is key to our hog roast and the process will leave your guests in awe. Enjoy the mouth-watering anticipation as our chefs cook the meat over the grill, and out in the open. It’s live-action cookery theatre at its best.

Our traditionally British inspired food is also influenced by flavours from Africa and the Mediterranean – bursting with flavour and just perfect for al fresco dining. The only thing that can make the experience better is warm weather and a cold glass.

Expertly cooked hog roast

Preparing and cooking a hog roast takes serious commitment – and our team of chefs carefully supervise the process to make sure everything is just right for you and your guests.

It can take as long as 6-7 hours to roast a whole hog, so our chef will set up at your event in plenty of time to slow cook the meat and give it time to rest before carving.

The hog is carefully slow cooked and basted regularly to bring out the full flavour and create perfectly crisp crackling. It’s important to allow time for the juices to settle before serving, so the heat is turned off one hour before we serve to allow the meat to rest, and the flavour to mature.
